Our Infrastructure in CNC Turning Center - having its range from between center 400 mm to between center to 2.5 meters long and with max turning dia of 480 mm and swing over bed of 680 mm with Hydraulic Steady rest ranging from dia 30 mm - 220 mm. In CNC Turning we have total 07 nos of machines. We also have VMC Machine with 20 TOOLS ATC and with 4th axis provision, We also have SIP JIG Boring machine double coloum type. Boring bar of d'andrea make with least count of 0.002 mm, having boring diameters in range from dia 6 mm to dia 250 mm.
Our infrastructured for conventional machines shop is having machines from lathe m/c of between center 4 feet to between center 4.5 meters long Surface Grinding m/c, Cylindrical Grinding m/c ( both for inner diameter and outer diameters ) with Taper Grinding Facility also available, Milling m/c ( Universal type ), Shapping m/c, Drilling / Radial Drilling m/c, along with Hack Saw m/c and Band Saw m/c etc.
Our infrastructure of fabrication shop is having different types of welding sets as arc welding, CO2 welding, Argon welding. with complete fabrication of process tanks, vessels with agitator and lantern assemblies, heat exchanges / condensors, Ball Mill, Pebble Mill, Pug Mill, Dyno Mill, Bead Mill, Furnace, Screw Conveyors, Storage Tanks. Stirrer of different types - Impeller / Anchor / Cowls / Blades etc. External coils ( Limpet tanks ) and Internal coils Guide Support for Agitator Shaft support with Teflon Bush in two halfs. Fabrication of Rotary valve ( al / ss / ms. ), Blower with casing and impellers, Fabrication of structure ( I - beam / channel / flates / chequard plates ) Fabrication of Prefabricated Structure from plates for ware house etc. Pipe Line Fabrication ( MS / SS / Jacketed type ) with Erection and Hydraulic Testing.
